These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Thrive mobile application ("App") and services provided by Thrive Fintech Ltd ("Thrive’’, ‘’Thrive Fintech," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy set out the terms on which you may make use of the Service and set out in detail your rights and responsibilities to us, and our rights and responsibilities to you, during your use of the Service.

Thrive will act with all due diligence, expertise and care when making the Products and Services available to you.
The purpose of the Service is to show you all your financial information in one place. We monitor and analyse your personal bank accounts and other asset accounts you share with us. Using our AI-powered app, we identify recurring payments, low balances, refunds, cash flow and other trends or patterns, which are then displayed to you in an insight-led manner.
You must create an account ("Account") via our App to use our Products and Services.
Creating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
We may require further information from you to consider your Account creation. If any information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may reject your account creation.
- You can access our Products and Services through our App.
- You must be over 18 years old and a UK resident to use our Products and Services. You must maintain an individual bank account for personal use. We can provide the same services for certain business bank accounts too.
- Exercise due care, skill, and diligence in using the Products and Services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously comply with your obligations under all documentation required by Supr Technology.
- Provide all required documentation or information for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including identity and financial verification.
- Do not use the Products or Services to provide products or services to any third party.
- Consent to our access to your Personal Account(s) on a read-only basis.
- Confirm that the Personal Account(s) are owned in your name, not in the name of another person or legal entity.
- You must not allow anyone to access the Service on your behalf. You must treat as confidential the information you provide as part of our security procedures, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
- You must not access the Service via a means not authorised by Thrive including, but not limited to, automated devices, scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers or scrapers.
You expressly understand and agree that:
• Your use of the Service and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from the Service is at your sole risk.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our Trusted Partners and we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to the Service and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from the Service, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Our Trusted Partners and we make no warranty that:
• The service will meet your requirements;
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
• the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; or
• any errors in the technology will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from our Trusted Partners or us through or from the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
We are not a financial adviser, and the Service is not intended to provide financial advice. Your financial situation is unique. We do not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind that the Service is appropriate for you.
We reserve the right to charge a fee, in the form of a subscription for the Products and Services. Subscription fees are listed on the Thrive Fintech website. All fees are due and payable immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Thrive reserves the right to increase subscription fees or to add new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice to you. Thrive also reserves the right to discount subscription fees at any time and for these discounts to apply to some or all customers. You have a right to cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms have no fixed or minimum duration. They will apply until either you or we end this agreement. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at support@jointhrive.ai or through the App.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or end your use of our service, your account, or the App if we believe your security has been breached, if you are using the App fraudulently, or to comply with the law.
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Please see our Privacy and Cookie Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Thrive Fintech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only. All intellectual property rights are reserved by Thrive Fintech or its licensors.

We expect to need to update or amend these Terms from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements.
We will notify you of significant changes in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you can close your Thrive account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
We will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms of Use to the extent that such failure or delay is caused or contributed to by you or by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms of Use (together with our Privacy Policy) contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter of the agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements (both oral and written) relating to the same.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and continue to be in full force and effect.
You may delete your user account and all relevant data at any time. You can do this directly within the app settings, where an option to delete your account is available. Alternatively, you may contact us at support@jointhrive.ai from your primary email address, and we will process the deletion for you.
If your complaint is unresolved or not settled to your satisfaction within the applicable timeframe, you may refer it directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within six (6) months of the date of the written response to you.
